2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

We do not require customers to return damaged or defective items to overseas suppliers.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in the dispute being formally contested.
We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent or abusive claims.
6. Processing Time
If a replacement is approved, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
