Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Velmont. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

Velmont currently ships only within the United States.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.


3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Some of our products may ship from overseas warehouses. Because of this, delivery times may vary.

Estimated delivery time:
5–15 business days (in most cases)

However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information

Velmont is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.


5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Velmont is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information

We cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Velmont is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • You must provide photo or video proof

We may offer a replacement at our discretion.


8. Delays

During peak seasons or promotional periods, shipping times may be extended.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
